Sunset Westlake Hanoi Hotel

Excellent staff, very friendly and responsive to requests. Excellent room, spacious, clean, beautiful lake views, cleaned and replenished daily. Great location on Tay Ho with long term staff who clearly loved their jobs and the hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast we didn’t know we were going to receive when we made the booking.

very nice room with a view of the lake (9th floor). Naturally, a lake view costs more.

The hotel maybe was built long time ago and the room is too old with the bad smell. The bathroom and toilet are not clean with the cup had black stain inside.
