Wonderful stay. Great and helpful staff, quickly responding to any requests. Delicious breakfast buffet, eggs to order. Great views from the room of Ho Tay. Generous size room. Windows open. Great sunset views. Location great - many vegan restaurants nearby, walking around the lake lovely, easy taxi distance to old quarter.

Excellent staff, very friendly and responsive to requests. Excellent room, spacious, clean, beautiful lake views, cleaned and replenished daily. Great location on Tay Ho with long term staff who clearly loved their jobs and the hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast we didn’t know we were going to receive when we made the booking.

very nice room with a view of the lake (9th floor). Naturally, a lake view costs more.

The hotel maybe was built long time ago and the room is too old with the bad smell. The bathroom and toilet are not clean with the cup had black stain inside.
